Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all streetwear staples are folded neatly and tags are intact to avoid processing delays.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
